Fiona Stanley Hospital sets running man challenge
There’s a fever going around at Fiona Stanley Hospital, but fear not, the cure is to put on your dancing shoes.
The video post called for a number of hospitals such as Royal Melbourne Hospital, Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Royal Hobart Hospital to step up to the mark.
“Last week, staff of Fiona Stanley Emergency Department volunteered their time to respond to a different type of Priority 1 patient arriving via St Johns Ambulance

“The ‘Unknown Rhythm,’ was thought to be caused by a popular internet virus,” the video message said.
“Nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, cleaners, security, porters, managers, medical imaging staff and St Johns Ambulance collaboratively cared for the patient
“Just like a defibrillator, what happened next may shock you.”
The video starts off with a patient rushed to FSH before bobbing up and dancing to the beat.
Staff members dressed in various scrubs, hazmat suits and even a teddy bear mascot.
The challenge follows on from attempts by other emergency services departments in the past, such as the WA Police.
Now we are on call to see if other hospitals rise to the challenge.
