EBOLA screening at Australian airports will be scaled down as the threat of the deadly disease fades.

FROM early December, travellers to Australia will no longer need to fill-in an Ebola travel history card or have their temperature checked.

Travellers who have been in Ebola-affected countries will still be assessed through standard screening protocols, the federal government said in a statement on Thursday.
