SONIC Healthcare will partner with leading London hospitals to establish a state of the art pathology and analytics service for the UK’s National Health Service.
THE pathology giant’s UK subsidiary The Doctors Laboratory will partner with University College London Hospital and Royal Free London Hospital to form the Health Services Laboratories, which is aimed at delivering more efficient services to the NHS.
“We are honoured and excited to partner with UCLH and the Royal Free and look forward to providing leading-edge pathology services to clinicians and patients at optimum efficiency levels,” Sonic Healthcare boss Colin Goldschmidt said. Sonic expects the partnership to lift its revenue by around STG50 million pounds ($A91.27 million) in the first year.
